Hi, I'm Devdeep Ray, a CS PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University.

My research focuses on low latency video streaming over the Internet. Emerging low latency video streaming applications have unique QoE requirements that are not met by existing video streaming techniques. My work involves designing novel systems and protocols that leverage video codec properties to achieve better video quality and delay for emerging applications like social live video streaming, cloud gaming and cloud AR/VR.
